Keeping everyone safe
Safeguarding & child protection
Lots of children and young people train at Shin Kick. Their safety and wellbeing — and that of every adult member — matters to us more than anything.
Our commitment
Shin Kick is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and positive environment for everyone who trains with us, and to protecting children, young people and adults at risk from harm. Our coaches are here to teach, encourage and look after every member, whatever their age or ability.
In our children's classes
- Children's sessions are led and supervised by our coaches.
- We keep a friendly, encouraging atmosphere — effort and respect matter more than winning.
- Parents and carers are welcome to stay and watch their child train.
- We ask that any photography in the gym respects the privacy of other people's children.
